Worst event ever!

A simple email or notification the morning of the event letting customers know the event was going to be significantly delayed would've gone a long way. Instead of wasting hours sitting in the hot sun, to the point where she had to go to the medical tent and we had to leave early. The concession stand lines were ridiculous and we could only bring one bottle of water. We could've easily planned to arrive later. This event was planned without any discretion or regard for your patrons. Having people in the heat was for hours was not professional. I bought fast pass tickets and ended up standing in line longer than those without it. What a waste. After standing in line for entrance for an hour, we then had to stand in line for water and food. The show was approximately 3 hours late. My daughter had to leave for work. The venue/promoters provided no accommodations whatsoever. I only bought the tickets to see Erykah & Miguel and I got to see neither. The breaks between the two performances I did see were so long. We really wanted to see the headliners but had to leave around 5 pm due to the heat. People were passing out and I had to consider the health risks versus seeing two of my favorite artists. your patrons should be valued more. The improper planning & complete lack of communication is unacceptable and refunds, even if partial. should be offered. We should not have been the ones to suffer..
